Does Email Care include a Microsoft license?
No. Email Care is the $50 administration and protection service. Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard and Premium are separate subscriptions, so you can keep your existing licenses.
Is email protection included in administration?
Yes. Email Care includes Guardz Ultimate with Check Point Protect, covering email and account protection, exposure checks, awareness training and phishing practice. The $25 Cybersecurity Prevention upgrade moves the whole covered tenant to Guardz Elite with Check Point Complete for outgoing email checks and encryption.
Is email backup included?
New Email Backup coverage is $5 per protected user monthly through Syncro Cloud Backup. If your existing contract already includes backup, we keep that inclusion and do not charge twice.
What do GDAP and Lighthouse mean for us?
GDAP lets you approve specific administrative roles for a defined time. Microsoft 365 Lighthouse helps us review eligible environments. These tools support the administration you authorize.
Can I add upgrades without replacing our current setup?
Yes. The quote builder has an existing customer option that estimates only additional services. We review current licenses, coverage and commitments before making changes.
