Business questions.
Practical technology answers.

A growing team. Files scattered across systems. A renewal that needs a closer look. We help turn the issue in front of you into a decision you can make and work you can plan.

Strategy and spending

Put the next move in perspective.

Know which changes deserve attention, what can wait and where your technology budget is going. We connect the business goal to the systems and people involved.

What the work can include
  • Review the agreed devices, applications, subscriptions and account ownership.
  • Compare requirements, renewal dates, support arrangements and recurring costs.
  • Prioritize changes by business impact, dependencies and available budget.

Your takeawayA prioritized technology roadmap and options with costs and assumptions identified.

Microsoft 365 and cloud

Make work easier to share.

Give email, shared files and collaboration a more organized home. We plan Microsoft 365 changes around how your team works and who needs access.

What the work can include
  • Review Exchange Online mailboxes, domains and the migration starting point.
  • Plan Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive structure, ownership and sharing.
  • Match licensing and account configuration to the required features and users.

Your takeawayA configuration or migration brief with responsibilities, sequencing and validation steps.

Security and identity

Keep the right doors open.

People need access to do their jobs. They also need sensible boundaries. We help you understand the controls around sign ins, devices and sensitive business information.

What the work can include
  • Review account roles, multifactor authentication and staff joining or leaving.
  • Assess Conditional Access and device management options where licensing supports them.
  • Compare endpoint and email protection against the risks and service coverage you need.

Your takeawayA practical list of security priorities, proposed controls and work that needs separate approval.

Backup and continuity

Know what a way back looks like.

A backup plan starts with knowing what matters. We identify the users, devices and shared data in scope, then work through how recovery would be handled.

What the work can include
  • Map important PC data, mailboxes, OneDrive files and SharePoint or Teams content.
  • Review coverage, retention, storage limits and who monitors backup problems.
  • Define recovery priorities and any restore validation included in the project.

Your takeawayA backup coverage outline and recovery steps, with gaps and testing requirements made explicit.

Devices and the workplace

Give your team room to work.

A new hire, a growing office or a change to remote working touches more than a laptop. We help join up the device, account, network and access decisions.

What the work can include
  • Plan Windows and Mac enrollment, supported applications and update responsibilities.
  • Review network visibility, connectivity and the applications remote staff need.
  • Scope remote computer access, VPN or dedicated IP requirements where appropriate.

Your takeawayA deployment plan covering the agreed devices, access requirements and handover responsibilities.

Suppliers and adoption

Make the change feel manageable.

Moving to a new tool or provider should come with a clear handover. We help organize ownership, supplier responsibilities and the guidance your people will need.

What the work can include
  • Confirm account ownership, renewal commitments and access with the current supplier.
  • Plan change windows, communications and responsibilities across the people involved.
  • Identify training needs and the support arrangements after the project ends.

Your takeawayA transition checklist and handover plan, with training or ongoing support scoped as needed.

What you take away

A plan you can actually use.

We agree the work and deliverables before the engagement begins. The output is shaped around the decision, rather than a standard report for every business.

  • A useful view of todayThe agreed systems, owners, costs and gaps, with anything we could not verify called out.
  • Choices you can compareOptions, practical tradeoffs and the effect on people, costs and support.
  • A path into the workPriorities, dependencies, responsibilities and a scope for the changes you choose.

How we work

Understand it.
Plan it.
Put it to work.

  1. Start with your working day

We discuss the outcome, the friction your people experience, budget and timing. We identify who owns the systems and agree what the engagement needs to answer.

  2. Review the right details

With agreed access, we look at the relevant configuration, licenses, devices or workflows. We separate what the evidence shows from assumptions and missing information.

  3. Make the recommendation usable

We explain the options and recommend an order of work. Costs, dependencies, disruption and supplier responsibilities belong in the conversation before you commit.

  4. Carry the plan through

For an approved implementation, we agree the change steps, checks and handover. Training and ongoing care are included only where specified in the project or service agreement.

The right amount of help.

Advice for a decision

A focused review of a question, proposed purchase or upcoming change. We define the information needed and the recommendation you will receive.

A project with a plan

When you are ready to implement, we set out the deliverables, responsibilities, schedule assumptions and acceptance checks in a separate scope.

Tools with a purpose

The technology behind the plan.

Products and capabilities depend on licensing and the agreed deployment. Consulting does not automatically include every tool listed here. Where vendor 24/7 threat response is included, it is separate from DeltaBind’s business hours support. Microsoft explains GDAP and Microsoft 365 Lighthouse in its documentation.

I’m interested in

A few things you may be wondering.

How is a consulting engagement priced?

We quote the work after understanding the question, systems, access and deliverables involved. Your proposal sets out the scope, fees, assumptions and any separate software or service charges. A budget shared in the form helps us discuss options; it does not place an order.

Can you work with our current IT provider?

Yes, where responsibilities and access are agreed. We can help with a defined decision or project while your existing provider continues its role. For a provider change, we plan account ownership, access and handover before the transition.

Do we have to replace our existing technology?

No. We start with what you have and what needs to improve. Keeping a suitable system, adjusting the setup or phasing a change may be more practical than replacing everything.

Can DeltaBind carry out the recommended work?

We can scope implementation for the services we provide, including Microsoft 365 changes, device setup, protection, remote access and training. The proposal identifies what DeltaBind will deliver, what needs another supplier and how the result will be checked.

Is consulting included in a Care plan?

Care plans cover the ongoing services in your agreement. Planning a migration, a new office or a substantial change can involve a separate project. We clarify that boundary before the work begins.

How do you access our systems?

Access is agreed for the work involved. For supported Microsoft 365 administration, we use delegated access such as GDAP with approved roles. We review what access is needed and how it will be handled after the engagement. Please do not send passwords through the inquiry form.
