Microsoft 365 migration.Make your next move a good one.

A new place for your email and files. A familiar person to help you get there. We plan your move around the people, accounts and everyday work that depend on it.

More than moving a mailbox.

Your email connects to calendars, phones, shared accounts and business applications. Your files come with owners and permissions. A useful migration plan accounts for those connections before anything moves.

Bring the right work with you.

We inventory the mailboxes, shared files and other supported data you want to move. The scope identifies what transfers, what stays and what needs separate handling.

Keep access intentional.

New accounts and shared workspaces need the right permissions. We agree who should have access, which licenses are required and how administrators will be managed.

Give your team a clear handover.

We explain the planned change window and the steps people will need to take on their computers and phones. Post migration help is included in the project scope we agree.

What the service can cover

Start with where you are today.

The source system shapes the migration. We confirm compatibility, data types and prerequisites before recommending a method or promising a date.

Google Workspace to Microsoft 365

We review Gmail, calendars, contacts and shared files, then agree the supported transfer method. Google shared drives, sharing links and application connections need their own review; they are not assumed to work the same way after a move.

Existing business email

Moving from hosted email or Exchange begins with account access, mailbox size and the source platform. Some methods transfer email without transferring every calendar, contact or setting. We explain those differences before the quote is accepted.

Files into SharePoint and OneDrive

We plan destination libraries, personal storage, owners and sharing permissions. Old folder structures, external links and application dependencies deserve attention before a large file copy begins.

A change of provider or tenant

An existing Microsoft 365 environment may need an administration handover rather than a data migration. A move between Microsoft tenants is a different project. We identify which change you actually need.

Getting started

Know what happens before the switch.

  1. Map and agree

We document the source, destination, users, data, responsibilities and exclusions. Licensing and existing supplier commitments are reviewed before dates are set.

  2. Prepare and move

We configure the agreed destination and transfer method. Where appropriate, a pilot checks the approach before the main move. Domain and mail routing changes follow the agreed plan.

  3. Check and hand over

We verify the agreed accounts, mail flow, data and access with your contact. Old services are retained or retired according to the agreed handover and retention plan.

Scope and pricing

Clear scope before a moving date.

A Microsoft 365 migration is quoted as a project. The price depends on the source system and the work around the transfer, not just the number of mailboxes. Ongoing administration and Microsoft subscriptions are identified separately.

  • People, mailboxes and shared accounts
  • Data size, source platform and transfer method
  • Shared files, permissions and application dependencies
  • Change window, user setup and handover support

Microsoft 365 migration: your questions.

Can we keep our email address and domain?

Usually, an existing business domain can be connected to Microsoft 365. We first confirm ownership, administrator access and the required DNS changes. Moving email does not automatically require moving your website or domain registration.

How long does a migration take?

Timing depends on the data, source service, connection limits, access and preparation. We give you a project schedule after discovery. A small user count alone does not establish how long the transfer will take.

Will there be downtime?

We plan the change to reduce disruption, but we do not promise zero downtime. Mail routing changes, application sign ins and device setup can affect users. The migration plan explains the change window and how to get help.

Can you move Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?

We can assess a Google Workspace migration and scope the supported email, calendar, contact and file transfers. Features, permissions and sharing behavior differ between the platforms, so the exact migration path is confirmed first.

Is migration included in a monthly care plan?

Initial setup, migrations and larger reorganizations are separately scoped projects unless your accepted agreement explicitly includes them. Ongoing care starts with the covered services and date in that agreement.

What should we have ready for the first conversation?

Bring your approximate user count, current email provider, important shared mailboxes, file locations and preferred timing. Tell us who manages your domain and existing services. You do not need to send passwords through the inquiry form.

A better working day starts with a good plan.

Tell us where your email and files live now, how many people are moving and your preferred timing. We’ll scope the transfer and handover.
