Your information
Privacy, explained.
Effective November 1, 2026. This notice covers deltabind.com, website inquiries and the client tools linked from the site. Information we process for clients while delivering managed services is also governed by the relevant service agreements and instructions.
What you provide and why
Contact and quote inquiries can include your name, business, email address, phone number, location, requested services and the message you enter. We use this information to answer you, prepare an estimate and handle the requested work. Sending an inquiry does not start a service agreement. We also receive information you provide by phone, email or an authorized upload.
Who handles website inquiries
Framer hosts this website. Inquiry forms send your information to Syncro and create a Lead for DeltaBind to review. Client portal and billing links also open Syncro. SendSafely handles requested file transfers, including file contents, sender details and accompanying messages. Our email and communication providers handle correspondence. Providers receive information needed for these functions. We may also disclose information when legally required or needed to protect legal rights and address fraud or security incidents.
Emergency Care purchases and support
Stripe hosts our Emergency Care checkout and handles payment details. DeltaBind receives purchase information, payment status, and transaction references so we can fulfill and reconcile your order. Our support automation does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
After confirmed payment, our Cloudflare hosted service processes your checkout name, email address, callback number, optional business name, problem description, and Stripe payment references to create or link your Customer record and create a Ticket in Syncro. DeltaBind uses these records to contact you and deliver the purchased support session. This paid purchase process is separate from website inquiries, which create a Lead for review as described above.
To track processing and prevent duplicate records, the automation’s operational ledger stores Stripe session identifiers, Syncro record identifiers, a hash of the checkout email address, processing status, and timestamps. That ledger does not store your name, readable email address, phone number, problem description, or card details. Your contact details and problem description are held in the systems used to process and fulfill your purchase, including Stripe and Syncro.
Support may take place by phone, Zoom, or Splashtop SOS. Those services process the information needed for the selected connection. If you permit screen sharing or a remote session, the technician may see information on your screen and, with remote access, operate the connected device while troubleshooting. Your technician guides the connection process, and you may end the remote connection at any time. Do not enter passwords or verification codes in your checkout problem description or share them during support.
Forms, security and technical information
Website and form providers receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages and interaction data to deliver services and prevent abuse. Syncro uses Google reCAPTCHA on the inquiry flow for spam and abuse prevention; it can process browser and device signals and use security cookies. The quote builder stores selections for your browser session. Campaign tags may accompany an inquiry to identify how it reached us. Use Secure Upload only for documents requested by your DeltaBind contact. Public sales forms are not an intake channel for client patient or confidential support records.
Our own marketing
We may use the contact information you give us to email you about our own services, products, releases or events. We do not sell your personal information. You can stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method in a message, replying to it, or contacting us below. We honor email opt outs within 10 business days. Necessary replies and service messages may continue. Your analytics choice is separate from email preferences. This notice is not consent to receive marketing texts or calls.
Google Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It uses cookies and receives technical and usage information, including cookie identifiers, browser and device details, approximate location, page visits and contact actions. Google processes IP addresses to provide the service and derive approximate location. Our tracking events exclude inquiry text and contact details, and remove page query strings. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag. You can decline or withdraw permission using Analytics choices. Declining does not prevent you from contacting us.
Browser privacy signals and storage
When your browser sends Global Privacy Control or an enabled Do Not Track signal, our website keeps Google Analytics off, overrides any earlier analytics permission and clears its analytics cookies where accessible. This applies to the browser you use. It does not unsubscribe you from email or control services you visit through external links. We store your analytics choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Google Analytics cookies have their own lifetimes, which your browser settings may limit. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser.
Framer statistics and other providers
Framer provides website hosting, delivery, security and its own visitor statistics. These statistics operate separately from our optional Google Analytics and do not use analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Framer processes technical data such as IP address and browser information using identifiers that change daily. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. When third party services load or you follow external links, those providers may collect information about your online activity over time and across other websites. Their own notices and settings explain those practices.
How long we keep information
We retain inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain an ongoing relationship or meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. The period depends on the information, the request and any service agreement or dispute. Marketing contact information is used until you opt out or it is no longer needed; we may retain a minimal suppression record to respect your choice. Website analytics, technical logs and backup copies follow separate provider retention and deletion settings. Contact us for information about a particular record or to request deletion.
Your privacy requests
Contact us below to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, or a stop to marketing use. Please identify your relationship with us and what you want us to do, without sending sensitive documents. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. We will explain any information we must retain and respond under the law that applies to your request. California and other state laws may provide additional rights, including rights to know, limit certain sensitive uses, and opt out of sale or sharing for advertising where those laws apply. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Sensitive information and children
Please do not send patient records, medical details, government identifiers, passwords, payment card information or personal information about children through a public inquiry. This website is intended for a general audience, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this notice
We will post revisions on this page and update the effective date. If a change requires additional notice or permission, we will provide it before applying the change as required by law.
External services
Client portals, billing, secure uploads, social sites and vendor links have their own notices and settings. Our website analytics choice does not control those services. You may call or email us instead of using the website inquiry form.
