Business vaults follow your organization’s configured policies. Recovery and account transfer permissions may allow authorized administrators to transfer vault contents. We review those settings with you during setup. Removing sharing does not erase a password someone already copied.

Five users are $50 per month. Ten are $100. Password Care is available as an additional service; it is not automatically included in Computer Care or Email Care.
What does $10 per user include?
A Keeper license for each covered user, local support, setup guidance and training for your nominated administrator. Your quote confirms implementation scope, support arrangements and any additional project work. No separate setup fee is assumed in this estimate.
Can read only users change a password?
Read only applies to the shared Keeper record. It does not prevent someone changing a password on the original website. Removing access also cannot erase a password someone already knows or copied; affected credentials may need changing.
Can our administrator see every private vault?
Administrator roles and shared folder permissions are configured separately. Administrative access does not automatically provide access to every private vault.
Already have Keeper?
We review your current licenses and agreement before quoting additional users or work, so existing coverage is not charged twice.
Does this include single sign on or privileged access?
Enterprise single sign on, KeeperPAM and endpoint privilege management require the appropriate products and a separate service scope.
