The monthly formula is $10 per protected computer plus $0.08 per GB stored.
250 GB stored: $30 monthly.
At 500 GB, the backup charge is $50 monthly. Each additional 250 GB adds $20. Retained backup versions count toward stored usage.

Is backup included in the $50 Computer Care price?
Backup is optional for new services. At 250 GB stored, it adds $30 per computer monthly.
Can I back up a Mac?
We assess supported macOS devices and the permissions required for deployment before confirming the configuration.
Is email backup the same service?
No. Microsoft 365 backup is a separate $5 per protected user monthly service through Syncro Cloud Backup.
