Start with the right checks.
An editor preview and a public website can show different versions. A saved change is not automatically a live change.
What to do next.
Write down the exact public URL and the change you expected to see.
Confirm you are editing the project connected to that domain.
Review the publishing destination. A branch preview or staging site is separate from production.
Ask the authorized publisher to review the changes before publishing or deploying the intended version. Then reopen the public URL in a fresh browser session.
Check the result.
The public address shows the approved text on both a computer and a phone. Check the exact page rather than only the home page.
Stop and get help if…
There are unrelated pending edits, an unclear branch or a production deployment you do not recognize. Resolve ownership before publishing.
