A familiar name can hide a suspicious request. A genuine customer email can land in quarantine. DeltaBind helps small businesses look after both sides of the inbox: the protection behind it and the people using it.
Filtering checks incoming mail for phishing, impersonation, harmful links and attachments. We configure the agreed controls and help review messages that need attention.
Not sure about an invoice, sign in warning or held message? Bring the question to us. Routine help and actionable warning review follow your agreed business hours support.
Email security also involves the account behind the messages. We review the protection and access controls in scope, with identity checks and approval before access changes.
What the service can cover
The right setup depends on your Microsoft 365 environment, the information you share and the level of help your team needs.
Email Care includes Guardz Ultimate with Check Point Protect for email and account protection, exposure checks and awareness training. The $25 Cybersecurity Prevention upgrade moves the whole covered tenant to Guardz Elite with Check Point Complete, adding outgoing email checks and encryption. Existing filters and mail flow need a planned handover.
Cybersecurity Prevention includes one incident response per organization per service year within the agreed scope. Additional response is $99 per hour. This does not change DeltaBind’s general support availability.
Email Care includes exposure and cloud sharing checks. The Cybersecurity Prevention upgrade adds outgoing email checks and encryption through Guardz Elite with Check Point Complete. We confirm routing, DNS and policy configuration before protection is enabled. Specialist compliance requirements need their own review.
A managed awareness program can combine short lessons with phishing practice and a review of results. The audience, frequency and follow up belong in the agreed service scope.

Computer Care protects supported Windows PCs and Macs with ThreatDown. Email Care is separate and includes Guardz Ultimate email and account protection. Its optional Cybersecurity Prevention upgrade adds outgoing email checks and encryption across the covered tenant.
No. Filters help reduce risk, but a suspicious request can still arrive. Verify payment or bank detail changes through a known second channel and report unexpected account activity promptly.

We can review your domain’s email authentication setup as part of an agreed project. All legitimate sending services need to be considered before stronger enforcement is applied, so real business messages are not overlooked.
Existing clients should use their support channel and explain whether anyone clicked a link, entered credentials or approved an unexpected sign in. Keep the message available for review. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents through a sales form.
Tell us how many people use business email and what concerns you most. We’ll review your Microsoft 365 protection and any changes needed.
