Know what’s protected before you need it.

A backup logo is not a coverage list. DeltaBind helps identify the computers, accounts and shared workspaces that matter, then connects them to an agreed backup setup and a clear way to ask for recovery help.

Keep covered copies.

Backup jobs protect the files or workloads selected during setup. We confirm locations, capacity and retention so important data is not included only by assumption.

Give backup issues a next step.

Failed jobs, disconnected computers and capacity warnings need attention. We review actionable issues within your service scope and explain what needs to change.

Have help finding your way back.

When something goes missing, we review the available recovery points and destination. The work and result depend on the usable copies that were successfully retained.

What the service can cover

Two places your work may need protecting.

Computer backup and cloud backup cover different locations. We can review either or both, including where the same working files appear in more than one place.

Business PC backup with Acronis

Computer Backup is an optional Acronis upgrade for supported Windows PCs and Macs. Monthly pricing is $10 per computer plus $0.08 per GB stored, or $30 at 250 GB. Selected data, retention and recovery scope are agreed during setup.

Microsoft 365 cloud backup

We use Syncro Cloud Backup for the agreed Microsoft 365 users and workloads. Mailboxes, OneDrive and shared SharePoint or Teams files need their relevant selections checked. Protecting one person’s mailbox does not establish that every user or shared site is covered.

Retention and storage, explained

The amount of data and the history you keep both matter. Microsoft 365 storage entitlement depends on the vendor terms and tenant coverage. We confirm the applicable allowance and retention rather than promise unlimited storage for every setup.

Recovery with a practical scope

A single document, a damaged computer and a larger incident need different work. We explain the available copy, destination and expected next steps. Major recovery, new hardware and work outside the agreement receive a separate scope.

Getting started

Give recovery a clear starting point.

  1. Identify the important work

We list the devices, accounts, shared sites and file locations you want protected. Your business contact confirms the priorities and who can authorize recovery.

  2. Configure and verify coverage

We configure the agreed jobs and selections, check initial completion and review the protected locations. New users and shared sites need to be included in the coverage process.

  3. Request the copy you need

Tell us the file or mailbox, approximate date and what happened. We inspect the available backup versions and confirm the recovery action before proceeding.

Scope and pricing

Know what the backup price covers.

Your quote identifies protected computers or cloud users, the relevant workloads, capacity, retention and included recovery help. That makes the recurring service and any additional recovery work easier to compare.

  • Covered computers, users and shared workloads
  • Selected data and retained versions
  • Storage allowance and additional capacity
  • Included assistance versus larger recovery projects

Business backup and recovery: your questions.

Is OneDrive or Dropbox sync the same as backup?

No. Sync keeps working copies aligned. A separately configured backup preserves selected data and recovery points under its own retention rules. Native version history and recycle bins can help too, but each has its own coverage and limits.

Does backing up a PC also back up Microsoft 365?

Not automatically. A PC backup covers the selected local data. Mailboxes, cloud only OneDrive content and SharePoint sites require their own agreed cloud coverage. We review the actual locations rather than assume a synced folder contains everything.

How much PC backup storage is included?

Acronis backup is $10 per covered computer plus $0.08 per GB stored monthly. For one computer, 250 GB is $30 and 500 GB is $50. Stored usage includes retained versions. Your quote confirms the selected data and recovery scope.

Can you guarantee every file will be recovered?

No. Recovery requires a usable copy from the relevant time. Selection, job completion, retention and the condition of the backup affect what is available. We assess the available options before promising a result.

How quickly can you restore our data?

Data size, connection speed, available recovery points and the destination all affect timing. We discuss the request and scope with you. A first support response target is not a guaranteed recovery time.

Can we arrange scheduled restore tests?

We can scope scheduled restore testing around your recovery requirements. Backup job checks and a successful job are different from a full recovery exercise.
